Our tribal cultures the world over are in direct communion with the intelligence of the Earth via the plant kingdom and have practiced Plant Spirit Shamanism for a millenia.

Through Ceremonial Plant Diets, Hoppi and her team support you to begin your journey into this Sacred Initiation with Nature. To deeply connect with up to four primary European plants and begin your journey into the incredible world of Plant Spirit Shamanism.

RETREAT FORMAT:

Each retreat is a 7 Day Journey:

~ 4 Days in your own home with clear guidance

~ 3 Days for an "In-Person" retreat at Lammas

  1. We open together with an ONLINE Opening Ceremony to initiate the 7 Day Journey.

  2. You"ll have already received your Medicine Bundle, Plant Spirit Elixir and daily "at home" guidance so you can deeply connect and build relationship with the plant whilst at home.

  3. Day 5 you travel to Lammas for the "In-person" portion of the retreat.

  4. This part of the retreat is an "In Silence - Full Fast" journey for three days. Drop into deep internal experience with the plant.

  5. You will be supported with Yin Yoga, Sacred Art, Tribal Dance, Sacred Music, Sound Baths, Shamanic Breathwork, Deep Meditations, immersed in Wild Nature and a naturally vivid landscape.

  6. All is held with PRISTINE Sacred Respect and deep care for you, the plants and the environment in which we journey together.

  7. We close our Ceremony and break our fast with delicious gentle food and a full fruit banquet to help you ground.
