What is a Medicine Woman?
For thousands of years, women have carried an innate connection to the Earth and its sacred mysteries. We have been seers, midwives, healers, and priestesses - keepers of deep wisdom and magic. Yet, history has not been kind to those who dared to embody their intuitive gifts. The power of women - the ability to birth, heal, and create - was feared. Our ancestors were silenced, persecuted, and demonized for practicing what was once revered as sacred.
This collective wound runs deep. For many of us, it manifests as self-doubt, fear of stepping fully into our power, or a quiet shrinking away from being seen. We may not even realize that the stories of suppression still linger within us. But now is the time to reclaim what was lost and remember who we truly are.
In ancient times...
across all cultures, Medicine women honed this gift and learned to commune directly with the Earth, the mountains, the elementals and nature herself to harness the intrinsic Magic to Heal.
Its time to reclaim this ancient power. This journey is a call to rise, to heal the wound of separation, and to walk the path of the empowered Medicine Woman. This is a powerful journey about weaving harmony, nurturing balance, and standing tall in our Divine Feminine.

It was never our destiny to forget. The thread of our connection to the Divine Feminine, to Pachamama - the Earth Mother - was never fully severed. Instead, it lay dormant, waiting for us to remember.
This journey invites you to:

As women, we are incredibly strong and held when we gather in authenticity. When we sit in circle, when we witness one another without judgement, when we remember that we are not meant to walk this path alone, something ancient stirs. We reconnect to the women who came before us and the daughters who will follow. We soften, we rise, we root, and we become more fully ourselves. In sacred sisterhood, your voice strengthens, your medicine refines, and your inner fire becomes steady and unwavering because you are held, seen and honoured exactly as you are.

- Ritual and Ceremony: Create sacred containers that hold healing, transformation and celebration.
- Sacred Craft and Song: Remember the power of your voice and creativity to shift energy and guide others home to themselves
- Ancestral and Elemental Wisdom: Commune with the natural world and your spiritual allies as powerful guides and mentors.
- Drum Rites and Body Care: Activate the deep wisdom held in your body and spirit through rhythm, movement, sound and touch.

This 12-month mentorship is designed to meet you where you are and take you deeper, whether you are new to this path or ready to expand your existing practice. This is your time to remember your magic, your unique essence, and your medicine.
THE POWER OF FOUR
The number 4 holds deep spiritual significance, symbolizing balance, structure, stability and the sacred cycles of life. It represents the four seasons, and the journey of womanhood, as reflected in the archetypal stages of Maiden and spring’s fresh beginning, Mother with summer’s peak of creativity, Maga and autumn’s wisdom and harvest, and Matriarch entering winter’s legacy and completion.
There are the four elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
Four directions of North, South, East, and West
And the four phases of the moon: new, waxing, full, and waning.
In sacred geometry, the number 4 is represented by the square, symbolizing stability, protection, balance and manifestation. Across cultures, the number 4 reminds us of life’s interconnected rhythms, inviting us to honour the cycles of birth, growth, transformation, and renewal. It calls us to ground ourselves in the present while recognizing the harmony between the physical and spiritual realms - a timeless reminder of life’s sacred balance.
COURSE CONTENT
Drawing on this natural foundation, we journey together through four elemental temples, each one opening a different gateway into the feminine mysteries.
Temple of Water
Spring ~ Maiden ~ New Moon
We begin in the Temple of Water, travelling through the season of Spring and the innocence of the Maiden. Here we connect with the new moon, with plant allies, with emotional flow, and with the art of beginning again. Water teaches us to listen, to soften, and to allow intuition to rise.
Temple of Earth
Summer ~ Mother ~ Waxing Moon
In the Temple of Earth, we enter the Summer season and the powerful Mother stage of life. The waxing moon guides us into growth, nourishment and embodiment. Here we work closely with animal medicine and the stabilising rhythms of the land, learning how to root deeply into our personal power.
Temple of Air
Autumn ~ Maga ~ Full Moon
The Temple of Air opens us to the crisp clarity of Autumn and the Maga stage of womanhood — the harvest years of wisdom, creativity and discernment. Under the Full Moon, we explore the arts of sacred craft, storytelling, ritual tools and the deeper currents of intuition and insight.
Temple of Fire
Winter ~ Matriarch ~ Waning Moon
Our final season brings us into the Temple of Fire. the Winter landscape and the Matriarch, sovereign keeper of the inner flame. Here we open to the crystalline realms, ancestral memory, truth-telling, and the fierce loving presence that defines the mature feminine.
Throughout these temples, we work with the pillars of altar creation, meaningful ceremonies and the art of holding sacred space. By the end of the year you will be equipped with the knowledge and practical skill to design meaningful ceremonies that honour life’s transitions and strengthen the bonds of community.

Ceremonies honouring Maiden, Mother, Maga and Matriarch — the key thresholds in a woman’s life.

Seasonal & Moon Ceremonies
Rituals aligned with equinoxes, solstices and lunar cycles to honour nature’s rhythms.

Life Transition & Healing Ceremonies
Sacred support for grief, separation, identity shifts, menopause, retirement and new beginnings.

Community Ceremonies for Bonding & Joy
Women’s circles, sacred birthdays, home blessings and gatherings that deepen connection.

Ancestral & Lineage Healing Ceremonies
Rituals for honouring ancestors, releasing inherited trauma, and reclaiming ancestral wisdom.
Each module prepares you to design and hold ceremonies that bring meaning, healing and unity to both personal and communal experiences. You’ll work with the medicine of song, plants, animals, minerals, sacred crafting and prayer — discovering the healing, steadying and fortifying nature in all things.
This is the path of the Wild Woman Walking — the woman who remembers, who listens, and who walks her medicine into the world with courage and devotion.
