You will learn the art of Sonic massage, you'll be able to create chakra balancing techniques and become skilled in how to move energy whilst entraining the body to the frequency of wholeness with musical intervals, for the highest good for your 1:1 clients.

Himalayan Bowls

These ancient shamanic tools, rising out of the Bon Po traditions of Tibet, have travelled to every corner of the globe, carrying with them a profound and sacred vibrational medicine. Himalayan bowls work deeply within sound healing to balance the body’s energy, soothe the nervous system, and invite states of peace, harmony, and inner coherence. When played with presence and intention — and especially when paired with gentle sonic massage — Himalayan bowls are truly second to none.

Crystal Bowls

Crystal bowls are powerful vibrational tools designed to work directly with the chakra system and the subtle body. Made from pure quartz, their clear, penetrating tones resonate with specific energy centres, helping to bring coherence, alignment, and flow where imbalance is present. The Bowls Practitioner Training is taught by an exceptional team of tutors that I have personally chosen. All of your tutors have trained directly with me, are fully qualified Sound Healer Practitioners in their own right, and embody this work with integrity, skill, and heart. You are truly fortunate to be learning with such a high-calibre group of practitioners, and you will be held with care and clarity throughout your training.

I’ve been healing, teaching, and working with sound and nature-based practices for nearly three decades. This training is a branch of the School of Natural Shamanism, rooted at the Lammas Earth Centre in Pembrokeshire, Wales, and fully accredited, licensed, and insured through IPHM.
